Is TrainMate free to use?
Yes — browsing, comparing and messaging providers is free for anyone looking for a coach, gym or wellness service.
How does booking work?
Requesting a session sends the provider a direct booking request — it's not a confirmed reservation, and no payment is taken through TrainMate. The provider confirms the details with you directly.
How do I pay for a session?
Directly to the provider, using however they normally accept payment. TrainMate doesn't process payments or take a cut of your session.
Can I trust the ratings and reviews?
Every rating and review count shown reflects real reviews. If a provider has no reviews yet, we say so instead of showing a misleading "0".
How do I list my business on TrainMate?
Go to "List your business" and create a free profile in a few minutes — no credit card required.
I found my business on TrainMate, but I didn't create it — what do I do?
Open the listing and use the "Is this your business? Claim it" button. Once verified, you'll be able to manage it directly.
I manage a business on TrainMate — where do I update it?
Sign in and open your dashboard from your account menu — you can update your profile, services, availability and photos there.
